Welcome message:

Dear TCU Colleagues,

TCU Academic Affairs is undertaking this study to examine its gender diversity practices with respect to faculty. The study is not motivated by a particular complaint or problem at TCU. Rather, it is to identify and document achievements, as well as priorities that will help map a future course for greater equity and diversity in the faculty ranks.

Please watch this site for progress reports as the study continues. You will find many ways to contribute, and we hope you will take the time to do that. Your participation and feedback are important to this work!
